The community project 'Keep Port Everglades Shipshape' aims to transform recycled petroleum drums into decorative trash and recycling bins that will be used throughout the Port. On Saturday, May 21 Port Everglades is inviting volunteers of all ages and talents to be creative and paint!
The campaign “Keep Port Everglades Shipshape” is in its second year. Last year, almost 100 volunteers jumped at the opportunity to paint their own creative designs. The most creative petroleum drums will receive awards.
The event takes place from 9 am until noon in Parking Lot #19 located in the center of Port Everglades. (Source: TheWestsideGazette)
