Departure / Embarkation Information
- Passengers can only depart or entry the country with proof of ID as stated in the New Boarding Requirements for Land and Sea Travel. If you are unsure please contact your cruise line.
- The cruise terminal entrance opens at 8am or 2 hours after the ship has arrived
- Use baggage tags to identify all luggage including carry-ons
Return / Disembarkation Information
- The Cruise Terminal Gates open at 8.30am for pick-up. Anyone who wants to pick up disembarking passengers will be directed to the 'Pick-up' lot.
Inspection processes upon arrival of the ship may take up to 3 hours. Passengers are not allowed to leave the vessel until U.S. Customs and Border Protection has finished inspection.

The Port of Baltimore was created in 1706 for the tobacco trade, preceding the Town of Baltimore which was founded in 1729. It was once the second leading port of entry for immigrants to the United States. Today, Baltimore is the largest U.S. seaport in the mid-atlantic.
