Indiana woman sues Carnival Cruise Line claiming one of their ships went too fast

Doris Beard, a cruise passenger from Indiana, sued Carnival Cruise Line claiming the cruise ship she was on went so fast, her body swayed terribly and she had bleeding. Apparently other guests on board became sick as well and even the workers were affected by the high speed.

Oceania Cruises' newest vessel 'Marina' has left the Port of Barcelona and is now on her maiden voyage to the Port of Miami where she is expected on Feb. 4.
